Acceptable Use Policy

What these endpoints may not be used for.

1. Prohibited use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attack anyone's infrastructure. Specifically: no unauthorised access, no distribution of malware, no processing of material that is unlawful to possess, and no use of /scrape to evade a site's access controls or to take content you have no right to.

Do not attempt to exhaust or circumvent the rate limits, or to obtain more than one free evaluation allowance by cycling client addresses.

2. Restricted data

If you import meeting transcripts or other content containing personal information about other people, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so, including any notice or consent the law requires from the people recorded, and for deleting it when you no longer need it.

The service is not offered for protected health information, payment card data, government identity numbers, or other categories carrying specific regulatory handling duties. Vault holds ciphertext it cannot read, but that is a technical property, not a compliance certification, and it must not be relied on as one.

3. Enforcement

Access may be refused or rate limited without notice where use threatens the service or breaches this policy. Nothing here creates an obligation to monitor traffic, and none is performed beyond the aggregate counters described in the privacy policy.

4. Reporting abuse

Report unlawful or abusive use of this service to support@agentic-endpoints.com (private mailbox).

Say which endpoint was involved, the namespace or URL concerned, and roughly when. Describe the material; do not send it.

Reports are acknowledged within 2 business days. Where stored content is found to be unlawful or in breach of this policy, access to the namespace holding it is suspended at once and the content is deleted once any legal duty to preserve it has passed. A removed namespace stays refused and cannot be claimed again.

Vault contents are encrypted by the customer and cannot be read here. Action on a vault namespace is taken on the strength of the report and the surrounding evidence, not by inspecting the content.

Material that appears to be child sexual abuse material is reported to Cybertip.ca and preserved as Canadian law requires, rather than simply deleted. If you come across such material anywhere, you can also report it to Cybertip.ca directly.

If you believe a namespace of yours was removed in error, write to the same address.
