What this service is, and the things it is deliberately not.
This is a software service sold per call. It does not provide cryptocurrency exchange, custody, brokerage, investment or money-transmission services.
Payments from addresses on the sanctions lists tracked by Chainalysis's on-chain sanctions oracle are refused before settlement, with HTTP 451, so no money is taken from them. Funds sent to the receiving address directly, outside a request, are screened when they arrive and flagged to the operator. This is a good-faith control and not a legal determination; the lists it tracks are led by United States designations and may not match Canadian designations in every case.
No customer funds are held. A payment is settled directly from the payer to a single receiving address at the moment of the call; there is no balance of your money on deposit here. Prepaid credit is a prepayment for future calls of this service only. It cannot be transferred, spent anywhere else, or withdrawn. The one exception is the refund policy: unused purchased credit can be refunded at the amount paid within 30 days of purchase.
USDC is a third-party US-dollar-denominated stablecoin. It is neither issued nor guaranteed by this service.
A card payment for the $69 reachability report is handled entirely by Stripe, a regulated payment processor; this service never receives, transmits or stores a card number and holds no card payment data of its own.
Operated by an independent sole trader, under the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
